Totara 1.1 builds upon the success of the initial Totara LMS release which was launched in January this year. Totara LMS provides a range of enhancements to Moodle designed to make this popular platform meet the needs of corporate enterprises. The enhancements include competency frameworks, learning plans, classroom management, line manager roles and enterprise reporting, Totara 1.1 features sophisticated new Program Management functionality enabling an organisation to set up training programs set for individuals, job roles or divisions of an organisation.
